A Note for Our Canadian Customers

TreeHelp.com began in Toronto back in 2000 and we are proud of our Canadian roots. We remain devoted to satisfying our Canadian customers to this day.

Pricing
Although our online prices are listed in $US, we currently accept Canadian dollars at the following exchange: US$1=CA$1.10
Also, your credit card is charged in Canadian funds (you will not see currency exchange fees on your credit card bill). Before you complete your order, you will be able to confirm the Canadian pricing.

Shipping
Canadian orders are shipped from our location in Toronto, ON. This way, you will never pay duties or customs fees upon receiving your order. Orders are usually sent by Canada Post Expedited Parcel within 1 business day. We also sometimes use UPS Ground for larger shipments. When you order seeds, they must first be shipped to Toronto from our seed bank in Buffalo (don't worry: we handle all of the border issues and charges for you) and then mailed to you. Please allow an extra 1-2 weeks on top of regular shipping times for seed orders.
