When To Use Light Grey/White
Feather Friendly Light Grey/White markers are recommended for most reflective or mirrored areas. In these circumstances, Light Grey/White is much more visible on the outside surface of the glass, which makes them more effective at preventing collisions from the first surface side.
Reflection is when the surrounding habitat and sky are mirrored on the glass, causing the illusion of an environment that does not exist. If your glass has reflection, you will need Light Grey/White Deterrent Markers, and they will need to be placed on the outside surface only to be effective (the surface where the reflection is happening)
Each order comes with a complete application kit, including:
- Roll of Feather Friendly DIY deterrent marker
- Paper Measuring deterrents to be used as guides during installation
- Plastic squeegee for pressing markers to glass during installation
- Installation Instruction sheet
Important:
Marker deterrent coverage: Each 100 ft. roll is enough material to treat 16 square feet (approx. 1.5 square meters) of glass, or equivalent to a 4' x 4' window.
Application Temperature: Markers must be applied at a MINIMUM TEMPERATURE of 10°C or 50°F.
Will Not Damage Glass Surfaces or Exterior Glass Coatings such as Solar Reflective, Low-E, or other types of glass treatments.
