The Zumi flowering crab is fragrant and very beautiful as a flowering garden specimen growing to 25 ft. It produces 1 inch white flowers in massed profusion and ornamental bright red fruits. Native to Japan. Bonsai candidate too.

How To Start These Seeds:
Scarification: Soak in water, let stand in water for 24 hours
Stratification: Cold stratify for 60-120 days
Germination: Sow seed 1/8 inch deep , tamp the soil, mulch the seed bed
Other: Can be sown outdoors in the fall for spring germination
